Aren't your parents the landlords? They can talk to him and if he does not change anything they can terminate the rental agreement.

They talked before with him the problem is we have 2 flats empty in nevember and not before they are rented again my dad dont wanna try to throw him out cause he would have 3 times money lost so only 2 times. Hope you understand what i mean if he will rented the other 2 flats he will kick that guys ass
Normally i would talk to him but i am really afraid cause he changes so badly, from very nice to kind of "nazi" ...........

Oh yeah, I totaly understand what you mean. Anyway is it so hard to find any new renters?

Not really but my parents do not allowed dogs cause we want one in the near future and that is not possible to have more dogs here ( bad expieriences), he wants someone who dont stand in the "schufa" and who is able to give the phone number of the current renters. Some people did not gave the number so it seems they have something to hide.............
anyways that guy with loud music is now in hospital he tried suicide earlier

For you it is good that he is in hospital. Even so the story behind it is bad. Do you know how he tried it?

my mum told me he was taking some razers made little pieces out of them and after he swallowed them ( gosh my english is today bad) . The went to his mum and told her to help him, she wanted to take her stuff to bring him to hospital in that moment she heard his door and then a "bums" so she called police and emergency........ the police said he has to stay now in the mental clinic ............hope he will and he wont dissapear like last time

Oh my godness. That sounds horrible. Yeah, I would say he calls for help, cause noone tries a suicide and then call someone. My opinion is, that the best place for him is the mental clinic.

uh that sounds horrible. Although he changed to be a bad person he iss till a human...
but maybe this can take him out if the flat when he has to stay in the mental clinic - or maybe his parents do what you said before and try to... entmündigen??... him so the surgery can be done.

i think with razors in the stomach he had a surgery today cause the razors MUST taken out and he cant swallow them back out of the stomach, maybe they could see now what is wrong with the stomach. I feel really sorry for him, nobody had known that it is that bad but also i cant understand the parents......no one went to the hospital since he carried away

Not a pulsing city, it is only her neighbour

Just the neighborhood - how boring is that! Just kidding... with this crazy guy it just sounded like Berlin or Frankfurt (M)... Just the usual stereotype thing... crazy people = crazy (big) city....

Living in Canada - central time. And you? Now it is 7.14

Yes indeed, I would much rather live there then here... too hot, too humid.... I was once in Canada traveling through Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia.... nice, very nice! You see, everything here is so flat... even what they call 'hill country' does not appear as hills to me .
I like the Indian summer, the people, the snow, the.... BUT, no other choice: work dictates sometimes where to live. Although I complain a bit, it is still nice here . I mean it is always nice to be abroad and exciting to live at different places. So we try to do the best out of it and enjoy as much as we can! And: YES WE CAN!

Living in Manitoba. Yes, the Indian Summer is wonderfull and I cannot wait to see it again. We have more than enough snow. Could send you some Why are you in Texas? We came to Canada nearby 2.5 years ago. My husband got a joboffer and we left Germany behind. I am glad that we came here and I am enjoying my time here. Do you think about going back to Germany?
